How to export MT4 / MT5 history HTML
QuantWin expects an HTML report, not CSV. Please export your account history from MT4 / MT5 as an HTML file using the steps below.
For MT4
- Open MT4
- Open the Terminal / Account History area
- Right-click inside the history area
- Change the period to All History or the range you want
- Select Save as Report
- Make sure the file is saved as HTML
- Upload the saved HTML file to QuantWin
For MT5
- Open MT5
- Open the Toolbox / History area
- Right-click inside the history area
- Adjust the history period if needed
- Select Report or Save Detailed Report
- Save the file as HTML
- Upload the saved HTML file to QuantWin
Important notes
- Please upload an HTML file, not CSV
- If the history period is too short, analysis quality may be lower
- If you use multiple accounts, export the history from the account you want to analyze
