                        The Service may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features as necessary for operational reasons.

                        Any analysis results, improvement suggestions, comments, or related content provided by the Service

                        All actual trading decisions, order execution, and risk management are the sole responsibility of the user.

                        or inability to use, the Service, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

                        All intellectual property rights related to the Service, including programs, designs, texts,

                        of the court having jurisdiction over the operator’s location as the court of first instance.
